- Intellogist Blog
- It has now been almost three months since the launch of our new Intellogist blog! We're happy to report that the blog has been a roaring success, thanks to your readership and comments. We've been very excited to be featured in posts from several major patent blogs, including Patently-O and The Patent Librarian's Notebook. Intellogist Editor Kristin Whitman has also contributed several posts on Japanese patent searching to the well-known Patent Baristas blog. If you haven't yet gotten a chance to see the blog, consider adding http://intellogist.wordpress.com/ to your feed reader!

Intellogist Highlights
- Intellogist Accolades
- The Intellogist team was very excited when we opened our most recent issue of Searcher, the newsletter from PATMG (the Patent and Trade Mark Group) - an intellectual property group based in the UK. We are mentioned in the latest issue no fewer than four times! Thanks very much to our friends in the PATMG group for checking us out and becoming part of the Intellogist community.
- Intellogist Accolades
- In addition, Intellogist was also recently featured in several blog posts by experts in the patent search community. First, our Quick Table Comparisons were discussed by Steve van Dulken of the British Library on his patent search blog. We were also mentioned by Michael White of The Patent Librarian's Notebook as a major development in patent information in 2009. Finally, an Intellogist blog post on patent pendancy was mentioned in a global round-up from Duncan Bucknell's IP ThinkTank blog. Thanks to your support, Intellogist continues to be the go-to resource for information about patent search systems!

- System Ratings
- Did you know that you can use Intellogist to find out how our community rates competing patent search products? These community ratings appear in our Quick Table Comparison pages, as well as alongside each of our Intellogist Reports! Click the "Ratings" tab alongside any report to see the current votes, or take a look at the PatBase Ratings page as an example.
- System Ratings
- To see the current ratings for these systems side-by-side, open the Quick Table Comparisons page, log in to Intellogist, choose the systems you are interested in, and click “Compare.” The resultant Comparison Table shows information about each of the systems including, near the top of the table, the current ratings for each of these systems.
- After you explore the current ratings for your favorite systems, we urge you to make your voice heard by adding your own! Rating a system is one of the easiest things you can do as a registered Intellogist user. Plus, it’s a great way to share your experiences with other users and show vendors how you really feel about their systems. To rate a system, log in to Intellogist, navigate to a Ratings page (available from either the Intellogist Report or Quick Table Comparison display for a system of interest) and click on the star that best represents your feelings about a system (where 5 stars is the most positive response and 1 star is the least positive response).
