Patent Fetcher is a service that provides patent copy downloads of US patents and published applications, as well as any non-US PDF documents available via Espacenet. (The Patent Fetcher service requires users to input non-US document numbers exactly as they appear in the esp@cenet service in order to function properly.)
The free service limits individual downloads to 10 per day (per IP address) and will stamp the last 5 downloads with promotional logos for the patent fetcher service. At one time, subscribing to the pay-as-you-go service would remove these restrictions, for USD$0.65 (65 cents) per download; however, the pay-as-you-go service was down due to a payment-collection problem as of April 2007. The service is now offered for free until further notice.
