Online Help Features

There are three ways to obtain non-live help online when using the Engineering Village product:

  • Selecting the question mark icons that appear on most features in the system
  • Consulting the user guide, which is available in Flash or Word format, and is keyword-searchable (Chinese and Japanese versions are also available).
  • Viewing one of the available PowerPoint presentations available from the help page on specialized topics within Engineering Village.
