Saving Results Sets: Yes, once references are saved (into a file called a WorkSheet), they can be manipulated, de-duplicated by INPADOC family, and data-extracted.
Flagging Individual Results: Yes, documents can be flagged to be saved/exported/downloaded, but not annotated individually.

Data Import: Yes, Document numbers can be imported via a browser window, and saved to a results file (WorkSheet). Only those documents actually contained in the MicroPatent PatentWeb collection will appear in resulting WorkSheet.
