Saving Results

PatBase Express only allows one list of selected records to be saved. Results are only saved in the list for 7 days. See the Flagging Results section for more information.[1]

It should be noted that as of March 2011, users can now view folders that have been shared on the advanced PatBase platform.[2] Users can therefore save records on the advanced PatBase platform and view the saved records from the shared folder on PatBase Express when signing in with the same account (see the Saving Results section of the PatBase report for more information on making folders accessible on PatBase Express).

Viewing the shared folders list on PatBase Express.

According to the PatBase Express Help section, "if a folder has been shared by a PatBase user, then a folder icon will be displayed above the menu bar in PatBase Express entitled 'Public Folders'. Clicking on this icon will display a list of these shared folders."[1] Users can open a folder to view a list of all records within the folder (in the PatBase Express hit list view). The user can select an individual record from the results list to open the full bibliographic record view for that result.
