Truncation Operators
Surf IP uses two truncation operators.
Right truncation operator (*): * = zero or more characters. Examples: bar* returns barrel, barter, etc. Single truncation operator (?): ? = one character. Examples: bar? returns bars, bard, etc.
Truncation is not supported for Patent Number Searches.
